A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (email or text) and delivery is scheduled.
All prices shown are in Canadian dollars (CAD) before applicable taxes. Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at the current rate of 13% will be added to the order total, as confirmed when our team contacts you. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, e-transfer (Interac), cheque and cash. Payment details are arranged at the time of delivery confirmation with our team. No payment is collected through this website.
Free delivery is available within our service area (approximately 50 km radius from Mitchell, ON), covering Stratford, St. Marys, Listowel, Goderich, Clinton and Perth County. White-glove setup and TV mounting services are available on request. Delivery outside our standard area may be subject to a delivery charge, which will be quoted before confirmation.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products in original, undamaged condition with all original packaging and accessories. All products carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product page. Extended warranty plans are available for purchase. Manufacturer warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer or with our assistance. Your statutory rights under Canadian consumer protection law are not affected.
To the extent permitted by law, McNain TV & Electronics is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of products purchased through this site. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.
